Pre-School & Kindergarten

Worship Centers are a place where children can experience God and His stories at an age appropriate level.  While it's important for children to experience worship with the parents (that's why we take a summer break and offer two morning services), it is equally important that children worship and learn in ways that are meaningful to them.  There are two worship centers at Hillside, one for Pre-Schoolers and one for Kindergarteners.  Worship Centers use storytelling as a way to encounter God, so that God is experienced, not just learned about.  Children approach the Bible stories in a worship context and also have a chance to interact with the stories through crafts, games, and other activities.

Worship Centers are offered at 9:30 am and 11:00 am and run from the Sunday after Labor Day to the Sunday before Memorial Day.

Worship Centers begin on September 13, 2009.

Worship Centers end on May 23, 2010.

This is my first day…

If this is your first day visiting a Worship Center, you'll need to stop by the registration area located in the southwest corner of the building.  Parents are asked to fill out a registration form and child profile.  You will then be shown to a Worship Center room and introduced to your child's teacher.
